On Thursday evening the IDF said it had completed clearing Hezbollah underground infrastructure in the Ali al-Taher Ridge area and was operating to neutralize it. The army said the complex was a strategic network built over 2 decades, funded and planned by Iran.
Times of Israel reported that 36th Division troops took operational control of the ridge above and below ground, cleared two major tunnel routes, and said the ability to carry out terror attacks from the infrastructure against Israeli civilians and IDF troops has been neutralized.
