IDF clears Ali al-Taher tunnels as Gaza Yellow Line fire continues
The IDF said it finished clearing Hezbollah underground infrastructure under Ali al-Taher Ridge and is working to neutralize the site, while reporting Yellow Line crossings in northern Gaza. Netanyahu and Katz warned Iran against attacking Israel. Reuters same-day claims that Israel had put off storming the ridge remain disputed.

The security picture combined a completed IDF clearance of Hezbollah’s Ali al-Taher underground complex in the southern Lebanon buffer zone with Yellow Line crossings in northern Gaza. Official Israeli statements presented both as responses to immediate threats.
The IDF said the 36th Division achieved operational control above and below ground at Ali al-Taher, cleared two major tunnel routes, and is working to neutralize a complex built over two decades with Iranian planning and funding.
In Gaza the IDF reported a morning Yellow Line crossing labeled a ceasefire violation and a later incident in which 2 terrorists crossed the Yellow Line and were eliminated.
The IDF said terrorists inside the Ali al-Taher infrastructure had attacked Israel and IDF soldiers, that the ability to attack from the site has been neutralized, and that after neutralization the army will adjust its defensive posture. Netanyahu said do not mess with us. Katz said an Iranian attack would free the IDF from all constraints, including strikes on energy infrastructure.
Reuters reported that Iran warned the United States a full Israeli offensive on Ali al-Taher would meet a large-scale Iranian attack. A White House official told Reuters the characterization of the message or of U.S. pressure on Israel was not accurate.
Watch whether neutralization at Ali al-Taher draws an Iranian or Hezbollah response, whether any verified evidence appears for the Reuters IRGC-presence claim, and whether Yellow Line incidents in northern Gaza remain limited force-protection engagements.
